By accessing, purchasing, subscribing to, or using Global Childhood Curriculum, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Available resources vary according to membership level and contractual agreement.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and have authority to enter into legally binding agreements on behalf of yourself or your organization.
If you access the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Membership and Access
Access to Global Childhood Curriculum is granted through a paid membership or licensing agreement.
Membership levels may include:
- Foundation
- Gold
- Platinum
- Enterprise or Multi-Site Licensing
Membership benefits, pricing, and included resources may change from time to time.
Access is granted only to authorized users identified under the membership agreement.
Global Childhood Academy reserves the right to modify, improve, replace, or discontinue resources, services, tools, and content as part of ongoing curriculum development.
4. License Grant
Subject to these Terms and payment of all applicable fees, Global Childhood Academy grants members a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use Global Childhood Curriculum solely for internal educational purposes within the scope of the applicable membership or licensing agreement.
No ownership rights are transferred.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Global Childhood Academy.
5. Intellectual Property
All content available through Global Childhood Curriculum is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
This includes, without limitation:
- Curriculum frameworks
- Assessment frameworks
- Learning intentions
- Planning systems
- Story cards
- Activity books
- Templates
- Professional development materials
- Leadership resources
- Implementation guides
- Policies
- Graphics
- Illustrations
- Videos
- Downloads
- Branding
- Methodologies
- Digital content
- Documentation
All intellectual property remains the exclusive property of Global Childhood Academy, Inc.
No ownership rights are transferred through membership, licensing, or access.
6. Permitted Use
Authorized users may:
- Access curriculum resources through approved accounts
- Download resources expressly designated as downloadable
- Print resources for internal educational use
- Use curriculum materials within their licensed educational setting
- Adapt implementation practices to meet the needs of their organization
Use must remain within the scope of the applicable membership and licensing agreement.
7. Prohibited Uses
Members and users may not:
Account Sharing
- Share usernames or passwords
- Allow unauthorized individuals to access the platform
- Circumvent user restrictions
- Create unauthorized copies of resources
Distribution
- Share downloadable resources outside the licensed organization
- Distribute materials to non-members
- Upload materials to public websites
- Upload materials to shared repositories accessible by third parties
Resale and Rebranding
- Resell curriculum materials
- Repackage curriculum materials
- Rebrand curriculum content as your own
- Remove copyright notices
- Create competing curriculum products based on GCA materials
Artificial Intelligence Restrictions
Users may not:
- Upload curriculum materials into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Grok, Perplexity, or similar AI systems
- Use curriculum materials to train artificial intelligence models
- Use curriculum content to create derivative AI-generated curriculum products
- Submit proprietary GCA resources to any machine learning system
- Use AI systems to reproduce substantial portions of curriculum materials
Unauthorized Commercial Use
- Use curriculum materials outside the licensed organization
- License materials to third parties
- Sell derivative products based on GCA intellectual property
Any violation of this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
8. Single-Site and Multi-Site Rights
Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, membership applies only to the licensed center or organization identified in the membership registration.
Additional centers, campuses, branches, franchises, or locations require additional licensing.
Multi-site rights are governed exclusively by the applicable licensing agreement.
Global Childhood Academy reserves the right to audit compliance with licensing requirements.
9. Professional Development and Coaching
Certain membership levels may include:
- Orientation sessions
- Professional development
- Leadership coaching
- Webinars
- Mentoring
- Curriculum implementation support
These services are educational support services only.
Global Childhood Academy does not guarantee:
- Accreditation outcomes
- Regulatory approvals
- Inspection results
- Enrollment growth
- Financial performance
- Staffing outcomes
- Educational outcomes
Results depend upon implementation quality and numerous factors outside our control.
10. Fees and Payment
Membership fees are established at the time of purchase or renewal.
All fees are payable according to the applicable agreement.
Failure to pay may result in:
- Suspension of access
- Termination of membership
- Loss of access to resources
- Recovery actions permitted by law
Prices may be revised upon renewal periods.
11. Term and Termination
Membership remains active for the contracted membership period.
Global Childhood Academy may suspend or terminate access immediately if:
- Fees remain unpaid
- Unauthorized sharing occurs
- Intellectual property rights are violated
- AI restrictions are breached
- A user violates these Terms
- Fraudulent activity is suspected
Upon termination:
- Access immediately ceases
- License rights terminate
- Future use of curriculum materials must cease
Sections relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, liability limitations, governing law, and enforcement survive termination.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
Global Childhood Curriculum is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global Childhood Academy disclaims all warranties, including:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Availability
- Accuracy
- Uninterrupted access
No guarantee is made that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global Childhood Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from the use of the platform or services.
In no event shall Global Childhood Academy's total liability exceed the amount paid by the member during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Global Childhood Academy, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, affiliates, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
- Violation of these Terms
- Misuse of curriculum materials
- Unauthorized distribution
- Intellectual property infringement
- Use of the platform by your organization
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
16. Changes to These Terms
Global Childhood Academy may revise these Terms at any time.
Updated versions will be posted on the website with a revised effective date.
Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
