Global Childhood Curriculum is owned and operated by Global Childhood Academy, Inc. ("GCA," "we," "our," or "us").
This Refund Policy applies to all memberships, subscriptions, digital resources, training services, coaching services, and related offerings provided through Global Childhood Curriculum.
1. No Refunds After Access Is Granted
Global Childhood Curriculum provides immediate access to proprietary digital resources, curriculum materials, assessment systems, planning tools, implementation resources, leadership materials, downloadable content, training resources, and other intellectual property.
Because access to these materials is granted immediately upon activation, all sales are final.
Once access has been provided, membership fees, subscription fees, licensing fees, and related payments are non-refundable.
2. Membership Cancellation
Members may cancel their membership renewal at any time.
When a membership is cancelled:
- No future renewal payments will be charged.
- Access will remain active until the end of the current paid membership term.
- Membership benefits will continue until the expiration date of the current billing period.
- Access will not be terminated early unless requested by the member.
Cancellation does not entitle a member to a refund for any unused portion of the membership term.
3. No Prorated Refunds
Global Childhood Academy does not provide:
- Partial refunds
- Prorated refunds
- Credits for unused services
- Credits for unused resources
- Refunds due to lack of usage
- Refunds due to staff changes
- Refunds due to organizational changes
- Refunds due to changes in enrollment or business operations
Members are responsible for evaluating the suitability of the membership prior to purchase.
4. Training, Coaching, and Professional Services
Fees paid for:
- Coaching sessions
- Curriculum audits
- Readiness reviews
- Professional development workshops
- Training programs
- Consulting services
- Custom development services
are non-refundable once services have been scheduled, delivered, or commenced.
Rescheduling may be permitted at the sole discretion of Global Childhood Academy.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered solely at the discretion of Global Childhood Academy in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payments
- Incorrect billing due to system error
- Unauthorized credit card transactions verified by the payment provider
- Other circumstances where required by applicable law
Approval of any refund request remains at the sole discretion of Global Childhood Academy.
6. Chargebacks
Members agree to contact Global Childhood Academy before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Where a chargeback is initiated for valid charges, Global Childhood Academy reserves the right to:
- Suspend access immediately
- Terminate membership access
- Recover unpaid fees
- Recover associated administrative and processing costs where permitted by law
7. Access Following Cancellation
Upon expiration of a membership:
- Access to the online platform will end.
- Access to protected digital resources will end.
- Access to updates, training, and member services will end.
- Future curriculum updates will no longer be available.
Downloaded materials may continue to be used only to the extent permitted under the applicable license agreement and membership terms.
8. Changes to This Policy
Global Childhood Academy reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.
Any changes will be posted on the website and become effective upon publication.
